Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is a formal practice that trains our mind to stay focussed in the present moment. When your whole life is driven by doing a formal meditation practice can provide a refuge of stability that can be used to restore balance and perspective. It is a way of stopping and giving yourself some time to dwell in a state of deep relaxation and well being and to remember who you are.

Mindfulness Yoga

A mindfulness Yoga practice helps develop concentration, flexibility, strength and balance as well as helping reduce the emotional effects of stress. Through mindfulness yoga we will learn to release and relax these areas of tension. As the body relaxes the mind will also relax.
